Legal action has been taken by Beech Housing Association to stop the nuisance being caused by a young tenant in Nelson. The tenant from Every Street in Nelson had been allowing people into his property, playing loud music, shouting, swearing and generally behaving in a rowdy manner, on and off over a 12 month period. The Neighbourhood Fund is a substantial pot of money controlled by our tenants to support projects and initiatives in the local area. We originally set up the Fund in 2010 to make sure our customers benefited directly from the cost efficiencies made to the business.
