The members of the Adactus Housing Group are each governed by a voluntary board of management comprising people with substantial experience in housing, finance, business and regeneration.  Some of our board members are also tenants or leaseholders of Group members.

The boards meet regularly to make key decisions, help shape the direction of each company and monitor their performance. The day-to-day running of the Group and its members is the job of our senior staff - the Group Directors and Operations Directors led by the Group Chief Executive, Paul Lees.

We are also regulated by a government agency called The Tenant Services Authority and inspected by the Audit Commission.

The Tenant Services Authority sets rules for how we should deliver our services and they regularly check on us. Through this regulation you can be assured that the services we provide to you will be of a high quality and in accordance with national standards.
