Sheltered Focus is designed to give residents of sheltered housing the opportunity to tell us what they think of the services they receive and to have an input into the formation of new policies and procedures. We also include updates on what is happening in resident involvement, gardening & planned maintenance.
Sheltered Focus meetings are held every 6 months at various venues across the North - West (one in Manchester, one in Wigan / Leigh, one in Sefton and one in Chorley) so no-one has to travel very far. The meetings run from 11am to 3pm and run in a relaxed atmosphere and we enjoy a buffet lunch which gives everyone the chance to talk to other residents and staff We also provide transport if you need it.
The next Beech Sheltered Focus meeting will be held on the 22nd June 2010. For more information, or if you would like to come to the meeting, please contact the Resident Involvement Team on 01942 244800
